BSR Riverside Villas is a 36-home gated community spread across 11 acres in Korukonda Road. Each villa is built on a 3,600–5,000 sq. ft. plot with a private courtyard, a double-height living room and a rooftop terrace that's yours alone.

The triplex plan keeps the family together without putting everyone on top of each other: parents' suite on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a family lounge on the first, and a study, home theatre or guest suite on the second. An optional plunge pool can be added to the courtyard at the time of booking.

Only 36 families will live here. The roads are 60 ft. wide, the avenues are planted with frangipani and neem, and the clubhouse is a short walk from every gate — no villa is more than 150 metres from open green space.

Korukonda Road is Rajahmundry's airport-side corridor — the road to the airport, with the Godavari riverfront and the city centre a short drive away. It is also one of the few sides of the city where a 3,600 sq. ft. plot still comes with room for a garden.
