BSR Godavari Heights is a two-wing residential development of 96 homes on a 2.5-acre site in Danavaipeta. The wings rise to 18 floors, with six homes sharing each lift lobby — so the corridors stay quiet and the views stay open.

Every home is planned around a wide, deep balcony. The 3 BHKs open to a private deck; the 4 BHKs add a separate family lounge and a service entry. Ceiling heights are 10 ft. 6 in. in the living areas, with floor-to-ceiling glazing facing the Godavari.

The podium level holds the clubhouse, pool and a 1.2-acre central lawn. Above it, the 17th floor is reserved entirely for residents — a sky lounge, a quiet library and an outdoor terrace that looks across the river and the city skyline.
